Deposit We will confirm your booking on receipt of the completed booking form and 50% deposit . Payment to be made in euros or pounds via bank transfer. Balance The balance of the outstanding rental is due four weeks before the rental commences; we will send you a reminder as late payment could result in cancellation Cancellations If a cancellation is made more that eight weeks before the start of the rental then the deposit will be forfeited. If a cancellation is made less than eight weeks before the start of the rental then the hirer shall be liable for the full balance. Electricity, Gas, Wood No separate charges are made for the electricity , gas and wood Arrival/ Departure The house will be ready for occupation at 16.00, this allows enough time to clean and prepare the house. If you arrive earlier you can leave your luggage at the riad. On your departure day, we ask you to vacate the riad at 11am. Bags can be stored in the hall until your departure Hirer's responsibility Please take care of the property and its contents during your stay.Damage, particularly to electrical equipment must be reported. Help/Assistance On arrival you will be met by our British house manager, Martyn or a member of his team. You will be given a contact number in case you need any help or have any problems during your stay. During your stay you will be looked after by our Moroccan housekeeper Extra costs Any services that incur an extra cost should be settled up in cash to our house manager the night before departure Xmas and New Year Rates 20% extra cost at this peak time Campaign to Combat Sex Tourism Moroccan authorities have pursued an active campaign in the last years. Prostitution and Homosexual acts with Moroccans are illegal in Morocco and penalties include imprisonment. If in the reasonable opinion of the owner or manager , any member of your party behaves in the riad in such a way as to cause or be likely to cause danger or put at risk the reputation of the establishment, we are entitled, without prior notice, to terminate the stay of the person(s) concerned. In this situation, the person(s) concerned will be required to leave the accommodation We will have no further responsibility toward such person(s). No refunds will be made and we will not pay any expenses or costs incurred as a result of the termination.
